Welcome to Moor Green Lane Medical Centre

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

SmartCare Federation

We are pleased to announce that our practice has joined Birmingham Smartcare Federation which consist of a group of 16 practices who are planning to work more closely together as a joint alliance or federation. Our practices are within Washwood Heath,Small Heath, Sparkhill, Moseley, Kings Heath and Druids Heath area with 3.5miles radius.Our joint list size is currently around 77,000 patients. We hope to develop general practice at scale with opportunities for efficiency and better access but still provide personal care and retain continuity.

Access

Please use the surgery car park at the rear of the building. There is ample car parking space and is secure and well lit with disabled access. A disabled parking space is available in the car park. The entrance to the surgery is level with no steps. There is a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities on the premises. There is room for prams, pushchairs and a wheelchair shelter. Reception staff will be pleased to give any assistance required. 

**Do not park in front of the surgery. This can be dangerous and will obstruct the normal traffic on moor green lane. Thank you **
